Golden Energy Offshore Services chief executive Per Ivar Fagervoll has increased his stake in the shipowner through a share offering.
The platform supply vessel company issued 70m new shares at NOK 1 each following an earlier $33.3m issue that raised funds for its purchase of ships from Dutch group Vroon.
