Gulf Marine Services (GMS) is seeking to amend certain covenants as, despite good levels of tendering activity, it has encountered delays in contract awards and commencement dates.
The shipowner said it is in constructive dialogue with its banks and remains confident of their continued support.
GMS is expected to finalise new deals for two self-propelled self-elevating support vessels (SESVs) shortly.
