The global count of working offshore rigs has declined yet again but the month-on-month fall of 2.3% is significantly smaller this time, with a net loss of just five units.
Small increases in Latin America and Africa were offset mainly by losses in Europe, according to the latest monthly figures from US oil-services giant Baker Hughes Inc (BHI).
