Dutch offshore surveyor Fugro has come in for harsh criticism for the condition of a vessel that it has abruptly returned to its owner.
Singapore-based Tasik Subsea described as “surprising” the return of the DP3-rated South Star (built 2017) by Fugro just 22 months into a six year contract.
