John Fredriksen-backed Seadrill Partners said it is disputing Tullow Oil over the energy company’s decision to declare force majeure on a drilling rig.
The New York-listed spinoff of larger Seadrill said Tullow Ghana sent it a force majeure notice today for its contract on the semi-submersible West Leo (built 2012), which the London oil company has been using on the TEN development project off Ghana.
