Fred Olsen Ocean (FOO) is expanding its offshore wind footprint with the acquisition of a 50% stake in United Wind Logistics (UWL).
The deal will see the subsidiary of Oslo-listed Bonheur contribute new equity in the form of EUR 12m ($13.5m) into the German company.
