Singapore’s Sembcorp Marine has secured a series of conversion and newbuilding projects worth a total of SGD 400m ($288m).
One of the key contracts is a project to convert the 298,000-dwt VLCC Ariake (built 2001) into an FPSO for deployment off India’s east coast.
