A former co-owner of Denmark's A1 Partners has launched bankruptcy action against its A1 Offshore Solutions subsidiary over a disputed claim.
The move was revealed in a statement by Christian Berg, chairman of Wilson Offshore, which is the new name for A1 Partners after a January rebranding.
The group is majority owned by Soren Toft-Jensen, after he took control last October following a lengthy dispute with other shareholders.
