McAllister Towing has named Alan Ginsberg its new chief financial officer.
Ginsberg joins the 154-year-old New York tug owner after serving as the founding CFO of Eagle Bulk Shipping. He currently serves as the treasurer of the Seaman's Church Institute.
McAllister, with 50 vessels operating up and down the east coast and in Puerto Rico, hailed Ginsberg as having "a long and distinguished professional career" in maritime finance.
