Fearnley Offshore Supply’s annual dinner in Oslo last week clearly reflected the positive market sentiment that has been gaining steam in some quarters since the middle of last year.
While any improved outlook is welcome, the depth of the worst sector downturn in three decades means the challenges for offshore support vessels are far from over.
