Farstad Shipping has disclosed the sale of an old anchor-handler two days before the expiration of its standstill agreement.
The Oslo-listed owner has offloaded the 14,400-bhp Far Fosna (built 1993), which was delivered to its unnamed new owner today.
Farstad said this sale would have an immaterial accounting effect on the company’s fourth quarter results.
This is the second anchor-handler to be disposed of by Farstad since late September and the third since March.
