Ezion Holdings has confirmed the sale of an eight-year-old anchor handler to Dubai-based shipowner Astro Offshore.
The Singapore-listed company achieved $2.25m for the 5,000-bhp Teras Genesis (built 2012), according to a regulatory filing.
Ezion Holdings said it expected to book a gain of $858,000 on the disposal, which is part of its plan to concentrate on the liftboat business.
