Norwegian major Equinor has its pick of North Sea anchor-handlers (AHTS) for its latest rig move.

The company, formerly Statoil, entered the market on Monday for vessels to shift Deepsea Bergen from 8 November.

With 11 of 15 Norwegian vessels free, rates are expected to be at a low level, broker Westshore said.

The last Norwegian fixture was at NOK 90,000 ($10,750) per day last week.
