Norwegian major Equinor is continuing its drive towards shore power for its chartered platform supply vessel (PSV) fleet.
It has 13 units in its contract portfolio that are ready for electrical supply, with another five being prepared for this in 2019.
Owners include Havila, Atlantic, Solstad, Dof, Ugland and Eidesvik.
It opened a shore-to-ship power supply station at the Dusavik supply base near Stavanger last week.
