Norwegian offshore vessel operator DOF is satisfied to have got a NOK 600m ($97m) bond issue away even though the amount raised is below the upper range targeted.

DOF was aiming at a bond issue of between NOK 500m and NOK 750m so the result is well within this band even though nearer to the bottom end than the top.
