The Oslo-listed offshore contractor confirmed that the transaction was sealed in a regulatory filing issued Wednesday afternoon.
Deep Sea pointed out that the newest additions to its fleet include the 4,000-dwt Sea Flyer (built 2013), Sea Falcon (built 2013), Sea Tantalus (built 2013), Sea Titus (built 2014), Sea Tortuga (built 2014) and Sea Supra (built 2014).
According to today’s announcement the remaining vessels are still under construction but scheduled for delivery between the third and fourth-quarters of 2014.
