The Singapore High Court has approved the judicial management of offshore vessel owner Swiber Holdings.
The order also appoints a team led by Bob Yap, head of advisory at accounting giant KPMG, as judicial managers. That is a job they were already doing on interim basis since August.
Swiber told the Singapore Exchange on Thursday that Yap is joined by fellow managers Tay Puay Cheng and Ong Pang Thye.
