BW Group offshore wind vessel owner Cadeler is working on a change of domicile to attract more investors.
The potential move of its parent company from Denmark to the UK is part of work to optimise its corporate structure following the merger with Scorpio Group’s Eneti last year.
A detailed feasibility analysis, including a review of legal, tax and other considerations, is ongoing, but no final decision has been made, the company said.
