Germany's Buss Offshore Solutions and France's IDEA Groupe have established a joint venture for wind farms and port logistics.
Buss IDEA Offshore will focus on developing markets in France, which is aiming to produce 40% of its energy from renewables by 2030.
Martin Schulz, CEO of Buss Offshore Solutions, said: "We are convinced that IDEA is the ideal partner for our intentions in the French offshore market.
