Bourbon and Horizon Maritime are joining forces on a harsh-environment offshore joint venture.
The Canadian-French tie-up, Bourbon Horizon, will focus on serving the North Sea and Canadian markets with a fleet of five platform supply vessels, a large anchor handling tug supply ship and a multipurpose support vessel.
It will also offer ship management services.
