The French offshore giant said it was in discussionswith Tanjung about the sale of a 51% stake in nine of its offshore supplyvessels operating in Malaysia.
In parallel, Tanjung said it has invited Bourbon tobecome a shareholder in the Kuala Lumpur-listed company.
“Both companies are actively reviewing the proposedtransaction and a final decision will be made in the coming months,” Bourbonsaid in a statement.
