Bondholders have approved a cash transfer needed by Norway's Boa Offshore for a new OSV deal.
The company said that in improving market conditions, the 9,000-dwt MSV Boa Deep C (built 2003) will enter into "certain contracting arrangements" needing capital expenditure.
Work will be carried out to keep it in class and operational.
A total of NOK 30m ($3.6m)
