Boa Offshore has seen one of its subsidiaries win an important arbitration award related to the company’s dispute with Noryards Fosen.
The Oslo tribunal decided that the shipyard will pay Boa IMR NOK 107.48m ($13.38m).
Boa and Noryards Fosen entered into arbitration to solve a dispute arising from a refund guarantee claim of advance payments after Boa IMR cancelled a shipbuilding contract at Noryards Fosen in September 2015.
