Bibby Marine Services CEO Stephen Blaikie is retiring.
The executive has worked for the UK's Bibby Line Group for 12 years, Offshore Wind reported.
He will be replaced at the wind farm service vessel company by commercial director Stephen Bolton.
Blaikie will leave at the end of November.
He said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed working in various Bibby businesses, firstly in Bibby Maritime with the accommodation barges, and subsequently leading the acquisition of what is now Bibby HydroMap and working in that business for almost two years helping it expand.
