Two modern anchor handlers arrested in Singapore earlier this year have been sold at a significant discount at auction in the city state.
The 16,300-bhp Terasea Eagle (built 2013) and the Terasea Osprey (built 2014) were each sold for SGD 6.2m ($4.6m), according to the Singapore admiralty sheriff.
A classified advertisement in Singapore’s The Straits Times confirmed that the proceeds of the sale had been paid into the court.
