Solstad Offshore has received firm contracts for two large platform supply vessels (PSVs) under its framework agreement with Aker BP.
The 4,900-dwt Normand Arctic (built 2011) and the 6,200-dwt Normand Leader (built 2013) will both begin 12-month contracts this quarter in offshore Norway.
The call-off contracts follow the framework agreement Aker BP signed in early March with Solstad, Eidesvik Offshore and Simon Mokster for offshore supply vessel services.
