Abu Dhabi Ports maritime arm Safeen has teamed up with Dubai's Allianz Marine & Logistics Services to form a new offshore marine services company.
The joint venture, OFCO — Offshore International, marks Safeen’s first move into the sector, following its entry into the boxship sector last year, when it launched Safeen Feeders in a tie-up with Singapore's Bengal Tiger Line.
