NYK Line of Japan appears to have banked a higher price than previously reported for the sale of a VLCC in February.
The Universal-built 303,000-dwt tanker Taga (built 2004) was at the time said to have been offloaded for $26.3m, but went for in excess of $27m.
This could be an indication that prices have not dropped as much as expected.
