The long-held plans of Polembros Shipping to expand into post-panamax bulkers have finally come to fruition.
The Greek shipowner’s managing director, George Vakirtzis, told TradeWinds last year that the outfit was keen to add post-panamax vessels to its growing dry bulk arm Polembros Bulkers.
Two such ships are now joining its fleet, following deals earlier this year.
