Denmark's USTC has completed its second acquisition in four days by adding technology platform BunkerEx to its fuel portfolio.
The group, which owns Bunker Holding and Uni-Tankers, said the aim of the deal is to step up and streamline digitalisation activities across all of its companies.
On 25 March, the Ostergaard-Nielsen family-owned group bought 60% of Danish wood pellet trader CM Biomass to boost its trading and green shipping ambitions as the next generation of management works to transform its operations.
