Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC is set to acquire tanker and bulker tonnage from companies controlled by Greek shipowner Stamatis Molaris.
The United Arab Emirates shipowner confirmed that the ships would be acquired from Empire Navigation and Empire Bulkers.
However, the Dubai-listed company did not disclose the number of ships involved, or the financial details of the transaction.
