Eneti, which was formerly Scorpio Bulkers, is preparing to reveal the sale of five more vessels in its shift to the wind power industry.
The company is selling five ultramaxes built in 2015 and 2016 for a price expected to be "in the mid-$80m" range, according to one market source.
Once the sale is disclosed, it will leave the New York-listed owner with only seven remaining bulkers as it accelerates the transition to wind turbine installation vessels (WTIVs).
