Niovis Shipping has become the fourth Greek company known to have ordered bulker newbuildings at the bottom of the current price cycle.
The Piraeus-based outfit revealed on its website that it had booked a pair of 61,000-dwt ultramaxes at Nantong Cosco KHI Ship Engineering (Nacks). The two ships are Hull Nos NE368 and NE369.
Each will be geared with five holds and are slated to be delivered in the first quarter of 2022.
