Concordia Maritime chief executive Kim Ullman is still upbeat about product tanker prospects despite coming through just about the worst quarter he can remember.
The executive told TradeWinds that the final three months were "a drag quarter".
"Bl**dy h*ll, it was cruel, I have to say," he said.
"I don't think I've seen a quarter as bad as that almost in my entire career."
