Mats Berglund is to retire from his position as executive director and chief executive of Hong Kong bulker owner and operator Pacific Basin Shipping.
Martin Fruergaard will succeed him as executive director from 2 July, ahead of Berglund's last day at the company at the end of that month, Pacific Basin said on Wednesday.
Since 2015, Fruergaard has been chief executive of Ultragas, which manages Ultranav's fleet of owned LPG carriers.
