Korea Shipbuilding & Offshore Engineering (KSOE) says it has secured firm orders for a single LNG carrier, one MR tanker and an LPG ship worth a total of KRW 288bn ($263m) — as well as a trio of options that could push the total value of the deals to $673m.
The Hyundai Heavy Industries Holdings unit, which controls shipyards within the group, did not disclose the identity of the companies behind the contracts.
