Japanese shipowner Mitsui OSK Lines has taken delivery of its floating storage and regasification unit that will serve Indonesia’s huge Java-1 power plant project as it extends its FSRU fleet.
The 170,000-cbm newbuilding FSRU Jawa Satu, which was handed over by Samsung Heavy Industries on 31 December, is en route to Indonesia.
The FSRU is expected to arrive at project site in Cilamaya, West Java, in mid-February.
