Norway's bulker owner Spar Shipping has second biggest shareholder in Arne Blystad-controlled heavy-lift and wind vessel player OHT.
The Bergen-based outfit took the position by acquiring at auction Grand China Logistics' 60% stake in OHT shareholder Lotus Marine, according to Norwegian daily Finansavisen.
As of September, Lotus had a 25.9% stake.
That puts it behind Blystad's Songa Corp, which had 51.7%.
