Marflet Marine, a specialist for MR2 carriers, has acquired up to four such vessels in just a few weeks to double the size of its fleet.
Executives at the Madrid-based company confirmed their outfit has taken delivery of the 48,000-dwt Nord Integrity (built 2010), which will trade as Virgen del Quinche.
Denmark’s Norden was reported selling that ship to unidentified interests back in October for $16.3m.
