The Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry has promoted Alfonso Castillero to a top executive position just three years after he joined the US company that runs the shipping flag.
LISCR, which runs Liberia's shipping and corporate registries from the Washington DC suburbs, said the Panamanian has been appointed chief commercial officer.
That will put him in charge of managing and implementing the strategy for global sales, marketing and service assurance.
