A few weeks after Greek owner John Angelicoussis swooped on a VLCC trio previously with the troubled Xihe Group, his sister Anna seems to be making a move on another vessel from the same fleet.
Market sources in Athens and the Far East said her Pantheon Tanker is the highest bidder for the 318,500-dwt Jing Gang San (built 2013). Managers at the Greek shipowning company did not respond to a request for comment.
