Seanergy Maritime Holdings said on Wednesday that it managed to turn a profit in the third quarter.
The US-listed capesize owner also said it is continuing talks to restructure debt owed to its main shareholder, Claudia Restis.
The Athens-based shipowner reported net income of $3.6m for the three months through September, compared with a meagre $747,000 profit in the same period last year.
