The Baltic Dirty Tanker Index keeps languishing, hitting another all-time low amid an oversupply of vessels.
The index slipped five points to 412 on Friday after starting the week at 428, its latest low as the crude tanker sector continues its hangover from the blockbuster rates seen in the spring.
"Another week of mostly static rates," the Baltic Exchange said in its weekly report.
