French liner giant CMA CGM has taken delivery of the world's largest LNG-fuelled containership — the 23,000-teu newbuilding CMA CGM Jacques Saade.
The company said it had made the "symbolic choice" of naming its new flagship after its founder Jacques Saade describing him as "a visionary and entrepreneur".
In what is said was a unique digital naming ceremony for a "unique ship" the vessel —is the first of nine sisterships for the company — was blessed by father Francis Fang and named by its Godmother Tanya Saade...
