Shipping lawyer Patrick Hawkins, the head of Hill Dickinson’s Greek office, has died.
The UK-headquartered firm said the 33-year veteran suffered a serious heart attack in July, and did not recover. He died last Thursday and his funeral was held in Athens on Monday.
“It is with immense sadness that we share news of the death of our dear friend and colleague, Patrick Hawkins,” Hill Dickinson said in a statement on its website, describing him as an “industry giant”.
