CH Offshore says it will pay $5.2m to settle a charter row that dates back to 2008.
The Singapore-listed offshore player said on Monday that it had reached an agreement with brokers Internaves Consorcio Naviero, Maritima Altair Petromar and Lamat Offshore Marine that will finally bring the long-running legal dispute to a close.
The broking trio won an arbitration case over the payments in London in 2019.
