Vale's iron-ore volume must rebound to historically normal volumes for capesize rates to climb out of the basement, according to 2020 Bulkers' Magnus Halvorsen.
"We're not looking for some magic dream to come true and production that wasn't there to all of the sudden come back," the chief executive said on Wednesday on a webcast with Arctic Securities.
"We're just looking for Vale to come back to normal.
