Sun Enterprises has sold its oldest tanker, a 19-year panamax, at a price far above what brokers estimate to be its fair market value.
Several market sources in Greece, London and the US reported that the Greek shipowner's 72,900-dwt Amazon Gladiator (built 2001) has been sold for between $9m and $9.3m.
Even on the low side of that range, that beats the $8.2m
