A Norwegian company's reefer vessel has been caught up in a drug smuggling operation in Columbia, TradeWinds has learnt.
Nearly 12kg of “pink cocaine” was found hidden in a container attached to the hull of the 653,000-cbf Star Courage (built 2017).
“Specialised divers found 22 packages with illicit substances in a bag that was hidden in a Panamanian registered merchant ship,” the Colombian navy said in a statement.
