Bank of Communications Financial Leasing (Bocomm Leasing) has signed up for 12 product tankers newbuildings in China with backing from Shell.
The Chinese financial giant ordered the LR newbuildings with China State Shipbuilding Corp (CSSC).
The total value of the newbuildings is reported to be costing Bocomm Leasing more than CNY 4.5bn
